Machines and Beggars

Machines and Beggars are various interactable objects and NPCs.

The Ascent of Isaac : Godmode adds over 6 new entities to interact with.

Pill Beggar

Has 15% chance to replace regular beggars.

Beggars ask for Pennies. For every donation received, they have a chance to drop a random pill, or pedestal item. After spawning a pedestal item, the Beggar will disappear and can no longer be donated to.

Unlike most Beggars, bombing them does nothing.

Fruit Beggar

Has 15% chance to replace regular beggars.

Beggars ask for Pennies. For every donation received, they have a chance to drop 2-3 Fruits, or pedestal item. After spawning a pedestal item, the Beggar will disappear and can no longer be donated to.

Unlike most Beggars, bombing them does nothing.

Call of The Void (Correction Room)

Always appears in Correction Rooms. Once interacted with, reroll all the deals and gives Isaac X Faithless Hearts.

Gehazi Shrine

Only appears in every floor starting room when playing as Tainted Gehazi. It allows him to get 20 Coins but he gets 3 Faithless Hearts too.

Masked Statue

Masked Statue only spawns in the Secret Room of the Ivory Palace. Isaac needs to bomb it 3 times to get the Vessel of Purity. Every time Isaac bombs the Statue, a new wave of enemies spawn.
